Given a duplicate number with new TelKom contract

I was given a cell number that was already in use by a Cell C customer. He received all my calls but I could make calls etc from this number. I called my own supposed number and another party answered. On asking which number I had called him he bewildedly gave me his number! I asked him how this could be? I had no satisfaction for anyone at Telkom or Cell C whose dublicated number it was. After a month I send a message to 'Hellopeter' and got a reply the same day from them. Wtthin a week my duplicated number was cancelled and my old number ported over. Thank you William! Thank you for such a service a 'HELLOPETER'!
