Give my money back

<p>I went to Telkom Mutual Park to CHECK IF I CAN GET A CONRACT. when I was approved I told the consultant to cancel my contract because Vodacom gave me a better deal and I am going to stay with Vodacom. A month later I got a Bill. The contract was suppose to be R399 I got a bill of R1000 + . I went to the store to query this and the lady said she will send it through.</p> <p> </p> <p>This month Telkom took R1080 from my bank account. The last money I had left in my account. My account is in a negative because of Telkom and I have no money for the weekend.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Manager Reuben Ward said the refund will be done by Wed. today is Friday no refund, went back to Telkom and I was told to wait another 10 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>Where must I get money from?????????</p>
