It is so disgusting that so many staff of your cannot assist me!!! You took my money and now I want my money bac****! I will continue posting on Hello Peter until I get my money back as well as go into the store and demand my money back as there have been ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPPEN SERVICE from you. I will never recommend your business to anybody I meet after the emotional stress you have caused me. I have never seen a company treat their clients the way you do.... from staff to even your freakin supervisors?????? how the heck did they get promoted ???????? All you guys give me is just reference numbers and now the new thing is to private message you???? *** you dont want people to see you pathetic service and how people cry for there money YOU OWE THEM!!!!!

As for Zulfa you 'supervisor' at the call centre well ....empty promises of services ... a real gem of horrible service.... she really acted like she was going help me lol what a joke

then lets not leave out Nobukosi from the call centre lol even bigger joke ... she gave me her email and said that I can email her if I dont get a response ..... hmmmmmm we two weeks have passed and she ignores my email.... her email address is ********** and her supervisors email is ********** - spoke to them on the 25th of August

I am putting together a list of the people I have spoken to and the endless reference numbers and will post daily on this site Telkom. Once I have my money I will stop.
