GIVE ME BACK WHAT RIGHTLY BELONGS TO ME ...TELKOM
I have taken out a Residential 2 year contract with Telkom in 2014 and in April this year with Telkom with onto a new system they had reflected in detail the amount that I was paying every month. To my amazement I had 2 mobile nos. that was reflected on my new invoice that i did not know off. When i queried it they had told me that those were 2 mobile sim cards that received. I told them that I did not received the sim cards and was not aware that it was included in the contract. After much investigation and of my continued calls to Telkom they had discovered that the mobile nos. were not used. I have made various calls and was continually told that its escalated to "back office" and they will revert. I have made notes of the various calls I made and the person that I spoke to. When I asked to speak to the Manager I was always told that they are on another escalation and they will return my call which by the way they NEVER do! Glenda called me on Monday saying the credit is approved and I insisted that the funds be transfered to my personal bank account as I paid this for 4 years and now that a huge problem as they cannot do that and say that it will be credited to my Telkom bill..I said NO that they must transfer it to my person bank account whereby details of my bank account where forwarded on email..I called this afternoon 26/07/18 again and Sanele said to me that it has still not been resolved and I asked to speak to the Manager, Luthando..she said that he was on another call (like usual as that what every one says when I ask to speak to the Manager) and incidently my calls are not returned. Its soooo frustrating to know how inefficient Telkom is. When our Bill is due and is not paid on time Telkom will not hesitate to suspend the line. I do not really know who to speak to going forward. All I want is the money that I paid and what rightly belongs to me. I wish there was another service provider in the telecommunications filed as I would move over in a heart beat... DISAPPOINTED...FRUSTRATED...
