Gifts and Promotions

I called in regarding a promotion that telkom mobile is running *123#, and the possibility of getting 500 meg if i loaded 50 rand or more and i didn't get the data as per the promotion. i then called the contact center and found the following: <br> > the contact center agents are clueless<br> > i logged a call on the 10th and now on the 16th no one has even opened the query <br> > i have been a loyal client but seems as if my loyalty is misplaced<br> > do not trust telkom promotions you never get what they say you will
