Ghosted by Telkom but billed for it.

I placed an online order and my account has been debited with the monthly fee already. However no response to my emails. No answering my calls and NO mobile device in my hand. So you've taken my money but I have nothing to show for it and now you won't even answer my calls or emails. Please contact me ASAP via email otherwise I will have to take this matter furthur.
