Ghost service from Fintite"***"

Pathetic service from Finrite. Don't know why they have contact details if they never answer their calls.

My phone has been in repairs since the beginning of Jan 2020 and stil non response from them. Been sending emails and stil no response until now. Quick to debit from my account as they always recieve their money without skipping a month, now they can't even communicate in terms of what's happening with my phone. As soon as I get my phone which will be sometime whenever, I wil definitely change my cellphone insurance.
