<p> after contract you mean nothing. ..they debit your account as they wish nd speaking to someone to assist is an impossible task..disgusted by the lack of customer service quick to make a sale nd upgrade nd take your money but staff has no clue how to help you </p>

16 Jan 2017, 16:38im out of contract for 3 months nw and i have been on a month 2 month basis however im still being billed the old rates.ive been querying my account and no one ever gets back 2 me...ive tried speaking 2 supervisors no one returns your calls eventually i decided 2 cancel and no one even had the decency 2 call me but sends a confirmation letter only.....i want to know whats going on with my money nd i wnt 2 be refunded for all the overcharged fees
