Getting telephone bills even after 6 months of cancellation?

Cancelled their damn service only to find that my account is still active. Can't receive or make calls, can't download invoices or look at the bill but I can definitely still receive a letter of demand from Telkom.

I've have 2 cancellation request logged and 1 cancellation confirmation 1. *** : ***5 - 2020/01/03 2. *** : ***2 - 2020/02/21 (cancellation confirmation received)

If our account was in arrear before our first cancellation request, we will pay the amount owed prior cancellation. If not, all additional cost accumulated will not be recognised as an outstanding amount.
