Getting sued for accounts paid in2002

my husband had a few accounts with telkom. all accounts is paid in full but still to the day we get calls for attorneys and debt collectors demanding money form us and every time some one contact us the amount is different and they can never provide us with account. telkom is just steeling peoples money
