Getting kicked off from my nearest tower

<p>Hello I have contacted telkom support twice now regarding my issue. I have a ticket number ********** 0.</p> <p>My line have been like this since last week. And I cant go on like this because the line is really slow. What happens is my router always connected on my closest tower got 4 bars signal. Now what happens is when I reboot my router it connects too my closest tower and than I get kicked off the tower and it switch too a tower thats further away where I only gets 1 bar signal. I have followed all the steps that was given by support and that does not work</p>
