GETTING DIFFERENT ANSWERS EVERY TIME AND I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR ADMIN!!!
<p>I had issues with my Telkom LTE speed at home for weeks now finally I got someone to come out on Saturday to have a look and he said "mmm it looks fine" and said Telkom speed is not gr8 as Vodacom and compared a Audi to a Ferrari....</p> <p> </p> <p>Then on Sunday I lost it with this ****y netword speed and then it's off then on so I thought maybe I should try my old Huawei rooter to test it. Instantlly speed and network is a issue of the past. So the tech guys need to look at hardware as well when they come out that he didnt.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now the issue is getting this rooter fixed Telkom phoned me to upgrade my contract and they delivered the rooter now three months later it's faulty and the one agent is putting me through to the second one and then to the third and I'm going noware!</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please help me to get this rooter fixed or excange it I don't have time to stand 2 hours in the que at a Telkom store</p>
