Getting declined due to incorrect low credit score!

I went to the telkom pavilion store today to apply for the free me sim 20gb contract.after submitting the necessary forms I was told that the application was declined due to a "low credit score of 559". The consultant was very helpful but Tue reason why the contract was declined is pathetic since my credit score is 700. Further to this,I pay all my accounts regularly on a monthly basis and my gross earnings is over R18.000 so I don't understand why I can't get a contract for R499. Last month I bought amc pots on credit to the value of R8500 which went through successfully so I don't under stand how I got declined. Please update your credit checks pathetic telkom as my credit score is no way near what your system says it is!!!!
