Getting charged for a cancelled contract
<p>On the 1st of December I walked into the pavillion branch of telkom to give them 1 month notice to cancel my month to month data contract. After waiting for half an hour in the line I finally got everything done. They gave me a reference number(case number ********** 0) and a copy of the forms I filled in.I thought it was sorted only to find out on the 31st December that my account has been debited for 299 rand. Please sort this out and refund my money. </p>
