GETTING CHARGED EXTRA FOR MY LTE OCTOBER MONTH SPECIAL

Please kindly urgently assist as per below

I took out a contract at the Sandton store with Lepelli, the deal was 269 a month no extra charges

Telkom has charged me 399.

Please urgently check and advise as I have called billing, they sent me to the store and now the store didn’t do anything

I WAS GIVEN THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THE STORE MANAGER AND IT BOUNCED BACK TO ME

I called fixed lines they said I must call mobile department billing

I called the mobile they saying my line is a fixed line but it’s the LTE CONTRACT WHICH I TOOK IN STORE AT SANDTON WITH THE AGENT LEPELLI

I AM VERY FRUATRATED GOING BACK AND FORTH

I WANT MY REFUND , THIS IS NOT THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR 399
