Getting any service from telkom

Telkom blacklisted and handed me over for an account I've never seen. It is impossible to contact them because you need to enter the phone number before they will take any queries and I don't have a phone number because I have never seen the account. After numerous emails neither Telkom nor their debt collectors came back to me. How do you clear your name with this useless company
