Getting a new line impossible

One would think that when you start a new business that suppliers would react with excitement at the possibility of generating more turnover. Obviously this is not the case with Telkom. In Polokwane we had 2 Telkom shops, one for landlines and one mobile. A little over a month ago the landline shop closed down, so when I approached the mobile office in connection with a new line they gave me the paper work and even made a list of all the necessary paper work. A week later I walk back into the same shop expecting to finalize my order and guess what, after waiting a full 5 minutes for the two employees to complete their discussion over their weekend plans I am approached and asked how they could help. The moment I mentioned that I am there to hand in the paper work, I get told that they are unable to assist and that I should call the call centre or drive 60Km to Mokopane to hand in the paper work. Back at the office and I phone the call centre only to be told that they are unable to assist me because its a new business and that I should go to the nearest Telkom shop. So staying in a City I now have to climb in my car and drive 60km to another little town? Are you kidding me? Useless.
