Getting a contract from Telkom Mobile was the worst mistake

I am very disappointed in poor treatment I am getting from Telkom Mobile after being their client for so many years...i have explained countless times that they should stop trying to debit an old account as I will pay them via EFT. Their network does not in Alberton where I stay and explained all. I agreed to pay and honor the contract. But the keep debuting my FNB account and now I owe Telkom and almost R5000 in ba k charges to FNB cause they try to debit the account numerous times a month. Which I will not pay. We're I. A pandemic and you're treating your clients unfairly. You yourselves tested the area and said your network is not in good quality.
