GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

Does Telkom or should I say Hellkom know what customer service is? I mean what is the purpose of the call center when nothing gets resolved? The call center feels like they are receptionists cos all they do is answer calls and do nothing else. My query is yet to be resolved after I was told it will take 3days (3rd Sept)case# ***7. 2 weeks later nothing has happened. You ask them to speak to relevant people all they say is they not allowed cos its company policy, how the hell are queries going to be resolved if we don't speak to relevant people? All i need is my data back or to be refunded. Writing on Hellopeter is cos of my anger not to say that my issue will be resolved cos after posting this complaint the same comment will be posted that appears on every complaint on their page and guess what nothing will happen. And someone will give me a call but still nothing will happen. I'm yet to see a Telkom compliment. Get your act together...
