Get You Act Together

Telkom must really get there story straight. I keep on getting calls from debt company regarding a outstanding balance. The only problem is the Telkom line was cancelled years ago and up until cancellation the account was on a debit order. Three months after the cancellation and no money going of my account I was still receiving statements, but the matter was resolved and years after that with no account statement I'm receiving call stating I must pay Telkom. Each time I explain the reason but at least ones a month I will get that call for debt collection.
