Get me my Laptop or Refund my money!

I ordered my laptop from you guys online on the 2nd of June2018. I paid for the initially amount as requested, today is the 27th of June 2018 and I still haven't received the ordered laptop. I need this fixed or you need to send me back my money. Everyday your call centre agents have given me different stories. one being that your I.T department is working on making my order successful. When you took my money out my account why did you not check if the order is still in pending status. Most of your agents have purposefully hung up on me, one being Mbali, Mbalenhle Shezi. Bernetta Pillay has said that she will get her manager to call me and its been over 24 hours since and still no phone call.
