GENERAL FAULT SINCE 22.11.2017 STILL NOT ATTENDED TO

Tried logging a fault at Telkom Business 10217 but all they say is that there is a general fault in the area with reference number 38412. This has been a fault since 22.11.2017 and nobody has come to site to attend to it. Got an sms on 23.11.2017 stating that fault no 167CTZ221117 for service ID ********** 892 is in the hand of their technical dept. Got 2 sms's on 25.11.2017 saying that they will attend to our fault shortly...STILL NO RESPONSE. We have a business to run and cellphone calls are more expensive. POOR SERVICE FROM TELKOM
