Geat Service from Itumeleng Legoaba (Call centre)

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I lodged a complaint the other day and the response I received was not satisfactory. I requested a call back and have not received any. I needed to have my query resolved and therefore took the liberty of calling the customer service number again. </p> <p>I was assisted by Itumeleng Legoaba, who took the time to listen to my query. She was patient and very helpful. She explained things to me in a way that I could understand and wasnt in a hurry to get me off the call. She updated me every time she needed to put me on hold and even mentioned when she had a system error. </p> <p>This is what I call service. My query has now been resolved and I can say that she has changed my mind about the Telkom brand. I hope that I dont experience what I experienced with my previous call again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done Itumeleng on providing excellent service and for putting your s****s to work :) !
