GCS team not helpful and active at all. 2 with with a router that is not connected or working!!1

The GCS team is unable to resolve or help me connect to the internet, I have raised multiple concerns and calls to get assistance, the technician is still on his/her way. The router was delivered I called to say I cannot connect it but nothing. no help no dispatch. it has been 2 weeks with this router and no connection, the inability to help customers is astonishing.
