Gatvol with Telkom

I have on multiple occasions phoned Telkom to cancel my data contract. I am assured everytime that this has been effected. It has been 2 months and yet I am still being charged for a service I neither wants nor need anymore!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm GATVOL!!
