Gateway telkom store

Telkom store at Gateway shopping mall has the worst service available. The staff are ***********, the management team has no emotional Intelligence. Not sure how people are given positions if they have no idea or training and does t understand CPA act but call themselves a manager. Doesn't even have ADR agents available. I took a contract and after 2 weeks the phone stopped working so gave it in as In warranty but they dropped it and broke the camera. Now I must take a repaired phone because of their incompetence. I'm paying a Contract and 2 months later still no device. The managers is so scared to speak to his Consultant that broke the phone that I am told to come back coz they unable to speak to the Consultant right then. All out nightmare and advise all people to be wary at this store. They will cause a mess and try to sweep it under the carpet as no one has any accountability there. Wish I could give negative stars for this **** service
