Gateway Store abusive manager

Hi on Monday I was Gateway shopping mall, my friends and I wanted to open new contracts and close current ones as the lady was helping us she experienced some difficulties during the process she was so kind so she ask Precious her colleague to assist her as she was, I don't know who the gentleman was but I later got his name which is Sugan, walks up to her and says "hey you come here" shocked from the level of disrespect I keep quiet. A few minutes later another gentleman walks to our station and tells the lady that's helping us that she's needed in the office, stunned by all this we kindly asked the guy to not assist as the manner of hand over was not conducted properly. He agreed and stepped away. Few minutes later the ladies comes back trying to hold back herself from crying, walks out precious crying from the stockroom. So we run after her. We then understand that the stuff in gateway is being ill treated by Sugan and the manager. Now what confusing is how do you address issues at 3:40 in the afternoon, if there were issues shouldn't they be ironed out in the morning during your team meetings? You don't treat your stuff like that!!! Those guys are very condescending, unprofessional, ************* as they managed to lie in front of my face regarding their actions and useless as the store was busy full of customers and the busy worried about useless matters.
