Galaxy S7 Pre Order

I pre ordered the Galaxy S7 online on the 11th of March, I was then contacted on the 14th and all my information was taken and I was told the delivery company would get back to me. On the 19th of March I called the call center to find out what is happening but I was just given different numbers to call. After struggling for two hours I still had no answers. I went into the Telkom store today the 26th of March and they checked my on my ID number and found nothing! I am using Telkom for my internet and I chose them because of good comments about their mobile service! I believe that I will not qualify for the gear VR headset because of their delay!
