If you can avoid, run and never look back. I lost my job ,called them and I asked that they send me banking details to settle my account, they said they were going to send me, days passed by and I called them again and again and time went by without any assistance, until I ran out of money and they handed me to debt collectors. Got another job and started paying them through debt collectors until I finished, now m done I keep calling them and request an email to send them paid up letter, but all emails they give I get a response that it's a wrong department, worst part is they keep stilling my money from my account hence i can't send them paid up letter, because at Telkom no one knows where I should send the letter too. Avoid these amateurs guys.
