FUTUREHOOD IS USELESS

I ordered my LTE product which eventually came. I am still waiting for a technician to come and install the antenna as i have no signal even though telkom promised me that there was signal. 2 weeks later no one has come... Extremely frustrating. You cant win with telkom home adsl or with futurehood which should have been brilliant....
