Future Telkom Customers Please Read and Ask These Questions

Just can't wait for my contract to end. Service is generally is terrible. Even though your account is paid up to date, your account can still be get suspended... I would assume that it is common knowledge that they payment that is made is for the previous month. So December 2025 would get paid at the end of January 2026. But since I went over my "spend limit usage" because I increased my spend limit in December 2025, it suspends my account in January 2026... when the amount will get debited at the end of January 2026... but who actually cares. Definitely not Telkom. So I guess Ill wait for the end of January 2026 for the payment to come out of my account and start using my phone at the beginning of February 2026.
