FURIOUS WITH TELKOM CONSULTANT AND THEIR SERVICE

Our business in Pinetown has had crossed lines since 3 three weeks ago.we've had three technicians come out to us.one said the lines are fixed when clearly it wasnt because our customers kept complaining. The second technician also said all is fine but there was no change.last week a guy came out saying that we need to call our service provider to mark the lines so that they CAN DO THEIR JOB. WHERE HAVE YOU EVER HEARD SUCH NONSENSE. THIS IS CLEARLY THEIR FAULT AND NOW WE MUST PAY A CALL OUT FEE FOR OUR SERVICE PROVIDER TO MARK LINES. three weeks ago our manager did see some telephone cables lying on the road in Pinetown nearby our offices which was later "FIXED" that day by contractors. I dont know what ****py job they did but this is unacceptable from TELKOM BUSINESS.and today I spoke to a telkom CONSULTANT who argued with me and then cut the call.
