Furious with telkom

When my contract came to an end in February I chose not to renew my contract with telkom because we had moved and the reception was extremely bad. The have continued to debt my account and they keep adding R200 every month for debit not paid fees. This is getting too much. I canceled my services!!! I want my mom back!!!!!
