FURIOUS NOW!!TELKOM STEP UP PLS

Have not received any feedback from Telkom since i complained on HelloPeter. I currently have a 20 gig data contract per month which cost me about R235 per month since Nov -Dec i saw in increase in my deduction. I left it . January the same things happened where my installment increased to almost R400 around R300+... I eventually called Telkom spoke to African lady she advised me its because of "Games "on my phone which i dont even have cause on Iphone you pay for everything.I advised her i only use the simcard in the modem and thats it. I advised her to cancell all subscriptions that link to the simcard and she advised she had . This month another deductions of R300+, and Telkom is not getting back to me
