Furious client!!!! Telkom group are *******

Telkom is a major stuff up! they are ******* that are steeling my money out of my account by having unauthorised activity done on my account. I logged a case, which wasn't resolved and they politely just closed he case! I really opened the case and I'm still waiting on them. I've logged a complaint on hello Peter, Jawaad responded and still, nothing has been done! What on earth is a client suppose to do when they get no service! He gave a reference number of AI ********** , what the hell am I suppose to do with that reference number? And what is the point in providing my cellphone number of I don't get any calls back on the status of my complaint.
