Furious beyond comprehension!!!

If Telkom was a person i would probably go to jail for what i would do to them, that is the amount of frustration and anger i have towards this company. It is so appalling the level of service you offer. I've placed a new order nearly a month ago and because of a fault your technician made, i've had to wait for installation and still have nothing, the only thing your agents keeps on telling me it still needs to be resolved by your IT deparment, blah blah blah. If it isnt the one thing its the next. I've called in how many times and asked that a supervisor call me back but guess what? still no phone call. Magically when i call in and ask to speak to a manager they are either in a meeting or busy and the agent asks my detail and promises me, time and time againt that they will make sure to forward my details. Where do they forward it to? the dirt bin? or does the supervisor not do calls? Its bladdy ridiculous
