Furious

Good day, a few months ago, I app**** for a cellphone contract from Telkom online, I was approved for a handset aswell as additional data plan, when however my parcel arrived I noticed it only comprised of a starter pack n was told by the courier that the handset may follow, I immediately contacted Telkom to query it and was only then told that the handset was declined. I then informed the agent that I spoke to that it was not the original agreement I made with them and was told she'll cancel it and I could just dispose of the starter pack, with I did. Problem is now my account gets debited monthly for something I neva agreed to, I also have all the calls recorded as proof, please help
