Furious

So we have been trying to change our home address numerous times. Have gone to the store 4 times and spoken to people on the phone 3 times. We were told we can upgrade our internet usage gigs . Now we eventually get told another story. No your adress has not been changed and no you cant get upgrade due to address . This is after taking bank statements with address on it and going in store and doing so and everytime its not changed. Time and money beeing spent doing this all the time. Also data going missing that we know we did not use. And no one can help. Very upset to put it mildly
