Funds deducted but product still not received

I ordered a phone from telkom, the funds have been deducted but i still haven't received it , The order was placed and it was processed succesfully but the phone hasn't been delivered.

I have been calling telkom and been transferred from department to department. I haven't received help and so agitated because each time i have to call a new number i have to hold for at least 20 min. Two of the departments actually said they cant even transfer me.
