Fulty Phone

Since I singed a contract with Telkom my life has been miserable, firstly I lost my Vodacom cell numbers as I had to port to Telkom, secondly the cell phone I received from them has NO SERVICE , Now the cell phone Camera has crashed, they Told me my device will be returned to me unrepaired as it has loose *****s, but the I cant open the phone the lst time my phone was opened is when it was sent to CORE for battery replacement, please return my phone will go to Cell C so they can buy me out am sick and tired of fights endless fights where else I have options,
