Full lte coverage at my home but no connection

<p>I live in a blue saturated area according to the LTE map. I have got a new Huawei router which shows full bars. When I roam in an area away from my house I can connect. It's as though somone has forgotten to flip the switch on my tower giving me access.</p> <p> </p> <p>The call centre is useless. They tell me to do the same things every time I call to no avail.
