How long has been?

I’ve had replies on all my posts to ask if the problem still persists. I’ve proceeded to reply with **** YES! - and then NO reply! NO update! NO internet!

I’ve even logged a fault at the technical department and I’ve heard nothing from there side! Only a message saying the fault repair has been postponed and will be repaired as soon as possible LIKE WHAT THE ****!
