****ed up, Stupid, useless and *********** up Telkom
Can someone please go an slap Telkom! I have been trying to cancel all my services since March, and still they are not closeing the account and still sending my invoices. I have tried contacting the call center - the "tried to help" then tried to go to a telkom branch, there the lady "escalated" the matter, but still the F%ˆîng dumn people keep on sending invoices!
What the hell must we do?
