****ed up service

Why is telkom allowed to post lies on this platform.After a published a few complaints telkom publish here they will make contact but never do.

Telkom ive posted many complaints about my same problem.Once a lady called me to say she noticed i paid my R 700 install fee on the 19th..Almost a ****ing month ago.She said the problem was it was not allocated to the billing or accounts or the installation problem and she would sort it out immediately after which i will get a call for the install date.Well telkom and the lady who called me.It was all bull ****ing ****.As i am still with no Adsl line i ordered online a month ago.You have my money but no service.I think this is theft and probably my next step is to make a case for the money you took but provided nothing.
