I submitted my claim on 14 February, to date nothing has been done. I called on 26 March submitted my Telkom invoice , the consultant acknowlwdged receipt and said I would get a call within 48 hours to inform me of my access. To date no one has called, I called several times no response, emailed no response. I want them to repair my phone and just be professional.
