Frustrations of dealing with Telkom

Canceling my telephone lines with Telkom has been a prolonged and frustrating experience. Despite repeated attempts over the past three years, I have yet to successfully cancel three lines that are no longer in use. Despite paying to bring the account up to date in order to cancel, I continue to be charged subscription fees for lines that should have been terminated. Telkom's customer service has been non-responsive and unhelpful, leaving me feeling as though they do not care about my concerns. It is unacceptable to be charged for services not being utilized and I demand an immediate resolution to this issue.
