Frustration ++

I have a prepaid Sim card with Telkom mobile. First frustration is that there is only self help options on their number, you do not get a option to speak to somebody. Airtime disappears as soon as you load a voucher, I even tried ETU thinking that whatever that is helping itself to my airtime will not have access, and boy was I wrong! I loaded R50 airtime and I had R34 balance. I then got R15 from ETU, my balance was R6. I am now scared to load anymore airtime now which means that my life is at a standstill.
