Frustration

For the whole day, I have been trying to get hold of an agent to help me. I have had to miss my deadlines and meetings because they have been unable to resolve my matter. They do not realize the damage they cause on people. Employers perceiving us as ***********. I mean this is my livelihood. They still can't resolve a simple matter of closing the stuck order. This they say I should wait until Monday. So, I will have 3 days of not working. What if my employer says no work no pay. I will lose three days of my salary.
