Frustrating Telkom

I have had about enough with Telkom,this is not my first complaint with them about them not sticking to their word.firstly it was my delivery gone wrong which they had already debited my account for.Now again its them sending me statements with crazy amounts my deal with Telkom was R330 every month but im getting ridiculous amounts of R1000.I then called their call center I got no joy from them they kept telling me that I will get my money back...I feel like this company is just a mess and they are involving us the customers in the mess as well.
