Frustrating Network Connection and Poor Service from the contact centre.

Experiencing poor network connection in my neighborhood (Protea Glen). We have been calling the contact centre with no assistance and with the current situation working from home it makes life difficult. Worse we have mobile and WI-FI contracts so we paying for a service that we are not receiving.
